Why should I become an Ezipin retailer?

In June 2009, the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association reported that there were over 4.4 million prepaid wireless subscribers. That’s 4.4 million potential customers looking for a place to top up their cell phone! At the same time, many Canadian wireless carriers are phasing out physical cards. Carriers have come to recognize that cards are unnecessarily expensive to produce and to manage.

With such great sales potential… and with increasingly limited availability of physical cards, how can you afford not to implement a virtual prepaid solution? Ezipin can have you up and selling these popular products and many more in no time. Contact us now for more details.

Ezipin charges a $50 initialization fee to new retailers. Beyond this, there are no fees. You use our terminal and software with no monthly charge. Contact us for more information.

Training is done over the phone and is free of charge.

What do I do if I have a question later? Do you have a customer service number?

At Ezipin we are committed to supporting our retailers. We have a toll free number (1 888 439-4746) that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bi-lingual service (French and English) is available at all times.
All calls are monitored to guarantee the highest level of customer service is maintained.

What products will I be able to sell?

The Ezipin system allows you to sell all the most popular prepaid products… this includes wireless airtime, long distance services, music downloads, social networking and online gaming products. We distribute over 50 products in 150+ variations. For a complete list, visit the Products section of the Ezipin website.

How do I pay for the cards I sell? How do I get paid my commission?

Unlike physical cards, you only pay for the prepaid products you sell…and only after you sell them! Each week we will bill you for the cards you have sold, minus your commission. This is done effortlessly via a pre-authorized debit (PAD) withdrawal from your account.

What is a PAD? What if I don’t want to establish a PAD with Ezipin?

A pre-authorized debit (PAD) is a withdrawal from your account at a financial institution by a company authorized by you. This is the most convenient and cost effective way to make recurring payments and is the only payment system Ezipin utilizes. PAD is a very well established system of payment and is used for a wide range of purposes including mortgage and utility payments, charitable donations, RSP investments, and insurance premiums. It is a system of payment governed by the Canadian Payments Association.

How can I verify that I am being billed the correct amount… and am being paid the commissions I have earned?

Every Ezipin retailer has access to our password-protected, secure extranet. Once logged in, retailers can access detailed reports on all transactions, sales, commissions and remittances. Retailers can review their weekly account and remittance owed days before their account is debited. Our finance team is available to clarify and resolve any issues/concerns a retailer might have.

How can I protect myself from an unauthorized person printing vouchers on my Ezipin terminal?

All Ezipin prepaid systems are password protected. Retailers can assign unique usernames to each employee and track in real time sales made through that account.
